Q: How has Joann helped you with your goals in your fitness journey?
A: My needs have changed as I have continued my fitness journey and Joann adapts with me. She pushes and encourages me to do a little more as well as helps me to reflect on the progress I have already made. She offers balance and support for my journey.
Q: How has training with Joann impacted your overall well being?
A: Joann has helped me find pleasure in exercise and through her help incorporating tai chi into my routine I am finding new ways to focus, relax and refresh. Joann understands my goals and encourages me to work through my struggles to become a stronger person

Hi, my name is Kim. I started seeing Joann about 2 years ago to help with my balance and strength. Movement has been a lot easier since then. Joann is kind and meets you where you start out and creates plans that creates success. There have been times that I have slacked off of my routine and she does not criticize or shame you, which has increased my confidence.
I look forward to our scheduled sessions and I always leave very motivated
